NUTR*4900*01 with Dr. Kathryn Walton Title: Nutrition Through the Lifecycle Description:This section will investigate exciting new research at key points in the lifecycle. Dr. Walton has carefully chosen papers to cover a range of life stages, research methods and analytical approaches. The course involves group work, oral presentations and written work. The course will help you continue developing your critical thinking and communication skills.
NUTR*4900*02 with Dr. Andrea Buchholz Title: Clinical Nutrition Description: In this section, we will investigate recent and exciting research in clinical nutrition (medical nutrition therapy). Papers have been carefully – lovingly - selected by Dr. B. to represent a range of research designs in “hot” clinical areas. The course involves oral and written critical appraisals of research. Three cheers for further developing your written and oral communication skills!
